We have developed its range of package sewage treatment plants, utilising proven SAF (Submerged Aerated Filter) Technology for maximum performance and reliability, using the most reliable energy efficient aeration blowers, with a prolonged integral flow path system to maximize effluent quality.
Our Flow-Pac plant range offers a treated effluent that can be tailored to meet the most stringent standards of discharge consent. All out treatment plants are designed in accordance with the British Water Code of Practice for flows and loads. The Flow-Pac range can be designed to meet your population requirements.

How does the Flow-Pac work?
The Flow-Pac contains two stage primary settlement zones, designed to settle coarse and non-biological loadings.
Sludge will build up in these zones and require removing periodically.
The settled effluent will then discharge forward into the bio-zones. Each segment field contains a high percentage of filter media, where biological treatment performs, due to high oxygen input. Once treatment has taken place in the multiple bio-zones, the effluent is discharged into the final humus tank, where it settles before flowing via the outlet.
Occasionally an amount of settled humus sludge is returned to the first primary zone.

The Flow-Pac can be designed for larger scale residential and commercial applications such as Camping Sites, Leisure facilities, Schools, Hotels, Golf Courses and industrial Applications, constructed in any packaged or modular systems to suit.
A range of modular treatment systems are available for larger applications, we offer a design service to meet your requirements, the system will include multiple primary zones for settlement/sludge storage. Multiple SAF zones effluent is fully treated, before discharge into final settlement zone; after an elapsed period of time, this design flexibility means that we can offer a tailored solution within a package format. The combination of high performance and reliability, makes the Flow-Pac range the perfect solution for industrial, commercial or off mains applications.
