Service Contracts
To maintain the performance and reliability of equipment we offer a complete 'Customer Service Support' package. This includes scheduled visits to keep the equipment in optimum condition and provides early indication of potential problems, which can then be scheduled for rectification. This work is a key element in preventing the vast majority of system failures and prolonging the economic working life of the equipment. Our 'Customer Service Support' personnel produce a report following a visit to an installation. This highlights potential problems, which they consider may need attention before the next scheduled visit, and in addition recommends any preventative measures that could be taken to maintain the efficiency of the installation.

We would recommend that pumps and associated equipment be serviced on a regular basis. The site specific conditions determine the frequency of 'Customer Service Support' visits; this may be once a year or more frequently determined by experience.

If a scheduled 'Customer Service Support' Contract is taken out at the time of the order we can offer an extended warranty, beyond our standard 12 months.
