CONTROL PANELS & LEVEL CONTROLS

New Haden Pumps can provide standard electrical control panels for operating our booster, sump and rainwater harvesting pumping solutions. 

Alternatively, we can tailor the electrical controls to suit our clients’ needs.

As well as a range of level controls for our sump pumps, ranging from floats and probes, through to ultra-sonics, we can monitor pressures and levels.

Our control panels can range from simple DOL single units up to complex ASD multi-pump systems, which can also control valves, e.g. for topping up rainwater harvesting in dry periods from mains water.

At the heart of our electrical panels is the door mounted customised PLC,  which includes some New Haden Pumps custom software features. This allows flexibility and sophistication for advanced control systems whilst still being simple for less demanding applications. It also controls our variable speed drive booster systems which give accurate and reliable control of our pumps.

We can link our control panels in many ways. New Haden Pumps panels can communicate with  customers’ Building Management Systems (BMS) by serial communication links or by volt-free connections, we can signal fault conditions by GPS (mobile) or PSTN (land-line) modems using SMS text or voice messaging, or simple volt-free warnings.

Our panels can provide many solutions to meet customer needs, and all indicate running condition using door mounted warning lamps and the easily read PLC display on the door. Our variable speed panels also indicate running speed, current and pressure on door mounted displays.
