US Range, Heavy Duty Drainage PumpsApplication The US62-251 are ideal for all types of drainage work, where solids present are no larger than 10mm. Pumps sizes US 62 & 102 are available in single phase electrics E or three phase D. These sizes can be supplied with built in levels floats ES or DS. The larger sizes US 151D & 251D are three phase only and require separate level controls and control panel. Construction Cast iron casing, stainless steel shaft, wear resisting GRF impeller and a silicon carbide mechanical seal. The pumps are fitted with a foot strainer, allowing solid handling of 10mm. US 62 and 102 have a 1½” discharge, whilst the US151 and 251 have 2”. The motor has an IP68 enclosure, insulation class B and incorporates a thermal cut-out fitted to protect the motor for sizes US62 and 102. All pumps have 10 metres of electric cable as standard. present are no larger than 30mm in size. They are designed for mounting in sumps where the temperature of the incoming water can be
as high as 194°F (90°C). Ideally suited for handling water from laundry and washing machine installations, overflow and
drain down from heating systems. Construction Cast iron casing, stainless steel shaft, vortex impeller in GFK, and silicon carbide mechanical seal. The pumps are fitted with either support feet for Free standing installation or guiderail adaptor for guiderail installation. All pumps have 10 metres of electrical cable as Standard.
