Sewage/Effluent

SEWPAC Units are sewage ejector station is designed for the disposal of sewage from single dwellings, or single toilet/basin installations. The package comprises various sizes of one piece polyethylene tank, a single/duplex sewage pump fitted with vortex impeller, single phase or a three phase IP68 motor, and a sheet steel IP54 wall mounted control panel.

SEWPAC SS Units are bespoke packaged sewage ejector station utilises a stainless steel tank and is designed specifically for handling larger inflows. The need for greater storage capacity to reduce the starting frequency of the pumps can be achieved with these units.

SEWPAC ST stainless steel tank

Application

The Sewpac ST packaged sewage ejector station utilises a stainless steel tank and is designed  specifically for handling larger inflows. The need for greater storage capacity to reduce the  starting frequency of the pumps can be achieved with these units  Four Standard sizes are available with capacities as follows: 

1000 litres tank         1000x1000x1000mm high
1500 litres tank         1000x1000x1500mm high
1700 litres tank         1200x1200x1200mm high
2100 litres tank         1200x1200x1500mm high

Other sizes available to suit individual requirements. 

The package comprises of a one-piece fabricated stainless steel tank, duplex submersible sewage  pumps either fitted within the tank, or dry well  sewage pumps fitted externally, pipework and valves, terminating in a single final discharge connection,  and a sheet steel IP54 wall mounted control panel.   Scope of Supply  Stainless steel tank with inlet connections, outlet connections, pipework, check and gate valves, 75mm vent connection and a top mounted inspection/cleaning aperture with sealed bolt down lid. Cast iron pumps, vortex impellers, stainless steel shaft, rotary shaft seals between pump. Level controller fitted within tank, IP54 Sheet steel wall mounted auto-changeover control panel with starters, control transformer, hand off/on/auto selection switches with run/trip lamps, high level alarm with volt free contacts. 4 metres of electric cable between ejector package and the wall mounted panel.   Optional Extras  Emergency hand pump (recommended) inlet isolating valve. SEWPAC 100

Application 

The Sewpac 100 packaged sewage ejector station is designed for the disposal of sewage on difficult applications were small bore pipework is necessary or high pumping heads are required. The package comprises of a 35 litre one piece polyethylene tank and a single macerator sewage pump. The entire unit is flood proof and is ideally  suited for situating in areas subject to accidental  flooding or very confined spaces.    Scope of Supply  35 litre polyethylene tank with DN 100 inlet,  plus an additional 50mm inlet for a basin/shower  connection, which can also be used for fitting an emergency hand pump. 75mm vent connection and a top mounted inspection/cleaning aperture with sealed bolt down lid.  Cast iron pump, vortex impeller, stainless steel shaft, rotary lip seals between pump and an IP68 single or three phase electric motor with  adjustable multicut system.  Level controller fitted within tank, IP54 sheet steel wall mounted control panel with starter, control transformer, hand off/on switch with  run/trip lamps, high level alarm with volt free contacts.  4 metres of electric cable between ejector package and the wall mounted panel.  Discharge 50mm non return and gate valves.   Optional Extras  Emergency hand pump ( recommended )

SEWPAC 400

Application 

The Sewpac 400 packaged sewage ejector station is designed for the disposal of sewage from single  dwellings, or single toilet/basin installations.  The package comprises of a 50 litre one piece polyethylene tank, a single sewage pump fitted with vortex impeller, single phase or a three phase IP68 motor, and a sheet steel IP54 wall mounted control panel. The inlet connection can be manually adjusted on site from 180mm to 250mm  Scope of Supply  50 litre polyethylene tank with DN 100 inlet,  plus an additional 50mm inlet for a basin/shower  connection, which can also be used for fitting an emergency hand pump. 75mm vent connection and a top mounted inspection/cleaning aperture with sealed bolt down lid.  Cast iron pump, vortex impeller, stainless steel shaft, rotary lip seals between pump and an IP68 single or three phase electric motor.  Level controller fitted within tank, IP54 sheet steel wall mounted control panel with starter, control transformer, hand off/on/auto selection switch with run/trip lamps, high level alarm with volt free contacts.  4 metres of electric cable between ejector package and the wall mounted panel.  Discharge 80mm non return and gate valves with a final 110mm flexible sleeve connector  and clips.   Optional Extras  Emergency hand pump ( recommended ) 100mm inlet spigot, isolating valve and  adaptor.

SEWPAC 500

Application

SEWPAC 600/1200

Application

The Sewpac 600/1200 packaged sewage ejector station is designed for the disposal of sewage from  larger dwellings, or single toilet/shower/basin  applications where larger storage or duty/standby pumps are required.  The package comprises of a 350 litre one piece polyethylene tank, a single or duplex sewage  pump with fitted with vortex impeller, IP68 motor,  and a sheet steel IP54 wall mounted control panel.    Scope of Supply  350 litre polyethylene tank with DN 150 inlet,  plus an additional 50mm inlet for a basin/shower  connection, which can also be used for fitting an emergency hand pump. 75mm vent connection and a top mounted inspection/cleaning aperture with sealed bolt down lid.  Cast iron pump, vortex impeller, stainless steel shaft, rotary lip seals between pump and an IP68  electric motor.  Level controller fitted within tank, IP54 sheet steel wall mounted auto-changeover control panel  with starter, control transformer, hand off/on/auto selection switches with run/trip lamps, high level  alarm with volt free contacts.  4 metres of electric cable between ejector package and the wall mounted panel.  Discharge 80mm non return and gate valves with a final 110mm flexible sleeve connector  and clips.   Optional Extras  Emergency hand pump ( recommended ) 150mm inlet spigot, isolating valve and  adaptor.

SEWPAC 1500/2500

Application

The Sewpac 1500 & 2500 packaged sewage ejector station is designed for the disposal of sewage  from larger dwellings and toilet block applications, where larger storage and duty/standby pumps required.  The package comprises of a 500 litre or two 500 litre one piece polyethylene tank, duplex free standing sewage pumps,  IP68 motor and a sheet steel IP54 wall mounted auto-changeover control panel.   Scope of Supply  Polyethylene tank with DIN 150 inlet, emergency hand pump connection, 75mm vent connection and a top mounted inspection/cleaning aperture with sealed bolt down lid.  Free standing cast iron pump, vortex impeller, stainless steel shaft, rotary shaft seals between  pump, oil chamber and IP68 electric motor.  Discharge pipework, non return and gate valves in each pump discharge, Y-piece, terminating with a single common connection. Interconnecting pipe between tanks on Sewpac 2500.  Level controller fitted within tank, IP54 sheet steel wall mounted auto-changer control panel  with starter, control transformer, hand off/on/auto selection switches with run/trip lamps,  high level alarm with volt free contacts and 4 metres of electric cable.   Optional Extras  Emergency hand pump ( recommended ) 150mm inlet spigot, isolating valve and adaptor.
