DRAINPAC MINI SUMP/U3KSN

Application  The Drainpac mini sump is a self contained single pump floor mounted drainage package, suitable for relatively clean water from sinks, wash basins, small shower installations, and coffee/tea dispensing machines.  Scope of supply  30 litre plastic tank, a single U3KS-N single phase with built in level float, connected to a  pre-assembled discharge pipe connection.  Three knock-out connections, plus a further  single connection in the lid, enables almost any desired inlet position to be achieved.  An activated carbon filter is fitted, removing the  necessity of fitting a vent pipe.   Optional Extras  Plug-in socket alarm unit and high level float.  IP54 sheet steel isolator panel with a high level float.  Special low level float switch, enabling cut in  level of the unit to be reduced.

DRAINPAC 100

Application

The Drainpac 100 is a self contained single pump floor mounted drainage package, suitable for relatively clean water from sinks, wash basins, showers, baths, dishwashers and washing machines.  Scope of supply  75 litre plastic tank, a single drainage pump with built in level float, connected to a pre-assembled discharge pipe connection.  Three knock-out connections, plus a further  single connection in the lid, enables almost any desired inlet position to be achieved.   Pump types U6KES & DS, US 62 & 73 ES & DS, along high temperature pumps types US 73 and US 103HES can be fitted.  Optional Extras  Plug-in socket alarm unit and high level float.  IP54 sheet steel isolator panel with a high level float.  Special low level float switch, enabling cut in  level of the unit to be reduced.

DRAINPAC 300

Application

The Drainpac 300 mini sump is a self contained duplex pump floor mounted drainage package, suitable for waste water from sinks, wash basins, showers, baths, dishwashers and washing machines.  Scope of supply  150 litre plastic tank, with a sealed bolt down lid, duplex drainage pumps, connected to pipework with a check and gate valve assembly, terminating with a single discharge pipe  connection.  Various inlet connections available to suit the application. A vent pipe must be fitted on  this size of unit.  Pump types U3KN, U6KE & D, US62E & D, US73E & D, and high temperature pump US73HE in duplex form can be fitted.  An IP54 sheet steel auto-changeover control panel with separate level floats and lengths of  cable is supplied to operate the pumps.

SUMPAC 100 DRAINAGE SUMP

Application

The Sumpac 100 is a self contained underfloor single pump, drainage package, suitable for handling surface water, waste water from sinks wash basins, showers, baths, dishwashers and washing machines.  Scope of Supply 70 litre plastic tank, a single drainage pump with built inlevel floats, connected to a pre-assembled discharge pipe connection.  The underfloor Sumpac has a 100mm adjustable level compensating lid and rubber seal, which allows  adjustment of the cover and frame on site. The cover is screw fitted to the plastic frame insert and has a  ‘U’ bend odour tight floor drain.  The Stainless Steel cover is for “tiling in” and  comes with a Stainless Steel frame insert. The floor standing unit has a screwed down lid.   Two 100mm inlet connections are supplied,  along with a 70mm vent and cable duct  connection, and a 40mm discharge pipe connection.   Optional Extras

SUMPAC 200 DRAINAGE SUMP

Application

The Sumpac 200 is a self contained underfloor or floor standing duplex pump drainage package.

Scope of Supply
200 litre plastic tank, duplex drainage pumps with separate level floats, connected to a pre-assembled discharge pipe connection.  The underfloor Sumpac has a 100mm adjustable level compensating lid and rubber seal, which allows  adjustment of the cover and frame on site. The cover is screw fitted to the plastic frame insert and has a  ‘U’ bend odour tight floor drain.  The Stainless Steel cover is for “tiling in” and  comes with a Stainless Steel frame insert. The floor standing unit has a screwed down lid.   One 150/100mm inlet and one 100mm inlet
connections are supplied, along with a 70mm
vent and cable duct connection, and a 50mm
discharge pipe connection.
