General Information: The U and US Series of submersible drainage pumps are suitable for drainage duties in a variety of situations. The wide range of models allows applications to be successfully met, including heavy duty, high temperature operation and explosion proof motor options.  Applications: Typical applications for the U and US range include swimming pools, basements, pump sumps and groundwater. Heavy duty pumps are well suited to duties where solids may be pumped. High temperature options allow for installations in more demanding environments such as handling water from laundry and washing machine installations, overflow and draindown from heating systems. Pumps fitted with explosion proof motors are designed for mounting in hazardous areas and provide the necessary protection.
	Technical Information: Standard drainage pumps are manufactured in plastic and stainless steel. Heavy duty and high temperature models incorporate cast iron casing. Electrical controls can be tailored to suit customer requirements. Standard motors to IP68, class B insulation, explosion proof motors to EExd IIB T4. Free standing or guide rail pump mountings available. Extra pipework and valves available to meet customer system requirements.
